Choose your preferred payment method when filling out the order form: (Online by bank card, Installment or credit from Sber, Installment via Halva card, Cash or bank card upon pickup at the office)
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro, Mir, and the Halva installment card.
When you pay by bank card, your payment (including card-number entry) is processed on a secure page of a certified processing system. This means your confidential data (card details, personal data, etc.) never enters the online store; their handling is fully protected, and no one—including our store—can access your personal or banking data.
We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) defined by Visa and Mastercard, ensuring safe processing of cardholder data. Data transmission uses Transport Layer Security (TLS), Verified by Visa, SecureCode, and private banking networks with top-level protection.
In case of a refund, funds are returned to the same card used for payment.

When paying by card at our office, you may be asked to present an ID (Russian, foreign or diplomatic passport; military ID; sailor’s passport; national civil passport; or Russian residence permit).
All payments are in RUB. You will receive a cash receipt and, if paying by card in the office, a POS terminal receipt. If more than two days pass after ordering without your confirmation to receive the goods, the order total may change; our sales specialist will notify you.

You can pay by bank card only from within Russia. The card must support one-time-password verification. The order amount will be debited immediately. Note that your bank may decline the transaction without notice.
The paid goods will be delivered to the address you specified; if you are absent, delivery can be made to anyone presenting the order number and an ID.

Per Federal Law 54-FZ, a fiscal receipt for delivery orders will be sent electronically to the email provided at checkout.
