TP “Convenient” Line
To use the tariff plan, the subscriber's account balance must be at least equal to the cost of the included minutes package.
The tariff is valid within the territory of the Russian Federation on land.
When outside the Russian Federation or at sea, the following tariffs apply.
Billing is per minute.
