Billing is done per minute.

Unused minutes during the package validity period do not carry over to the next year. After the package expires, to connect the package for the next period, the subscriber must have a balance equal to or exceeding the cost of the package. To use already connected packages, the subscriber must have a positive balance in their account. The validity period of minutes is not extended. To renew the package usage, the subscriber needs to top up the account with an amount exceeding the debt.

When sending an SMS from one GSM standard phone to another, the message length must not exceed 160 Latin characters or 70 Cyrillic characters. Longer messages will be split into two or more parts, each charged as one SMS message.

Charged if 30 days have passed since the issuance of included minutes with insufficient funds in the account, or since the balance became negative.

Price is per day, charged once for the entire suspension period. Service is provided upon written request of the subscriber if sufficient funds are available on the account.

No fee is charged if more than one month has passed since the last tariff change. Requests to change tariff plans must be sent via email billing@gtnt.ru no later than two business days before the renewable minute package expires.
Service disconnection threshold is 0 rubles (except in cases of deferred payment or insufficient balance). .

Service contract is considered terminated by the subscriber if no service usage occurs for more than 549 calendar days consecutively, and the account balance is at or below the disconnection threshold
