After the expiration of the minute package, the minutes included in the package expire, and subsequent billing is according to the conditions of the "Federal" tariff plan.
In case of financial forced suspension, access to all communication services, including unused minutes from the package, is blocked. The validity period of the minutes in the package is not extended. The package includes only traffic minutes from the territory of Russia to all city and mobile numbers in Russia and Thuraya, Thuraya-GTNT numbers.
