30 Minutes as a Gift for a Review with Thuraya!

1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION

1.1. The organizer of the promotion is CJSC “GTNT.”

1.2. Participants of the promotion (Participants) are subscribers — individuals and sole proprietors who have signed a contract with CJSC “GTNT” for mobile satellite radio communication services in the Thuraya network, within which a subscriber number is assigned (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber number).

1.3. The promotion period is from 00:00:00 Moscow time on January 11, 2022, to 23:59:59 Moscow time on January 31, 2024.

1.4. The promotion is valid within the Russian Federation.

1.5. Minutes — up to 30 free outgoing minutes, which can be used for calls to Russian numbers within the Russian Federation within 3 (three) months from the moment the minutes are activated.

1.6. Activation of the minute package — the assignment of the minute package to the subscriber number, which will be reflected in the participant's personal account.

2. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

2.1. To participate in the promotion, the participant must leave a review on Yandex, Google for CJSC “GTNT’s” profile, or on the organizer’s social media pages during the promotion period.

2.2. The review must include the following information: share your experience with CJSC “GTNT’s” mobile satellite communication services (hereinafter referred to as communication services, satellite communication), specifying where you used satellite communication (business trip, travel, camping, yachting, hunting, mountaineering, etc.), the purpose of using the services (contacting family, work calls, emergency communication, updates, etc.), and a link to CJSC “GTNT’s” official website https://www.gtnt.ru. The review may be accompanied by photos from the trip or location where satellite communication was used.

For the review, the participant will receive: 15 minutes for a review without a photo, 30 minutes for a review with a photo or video review.

2.4. To receive the minutes, the participant must send an email to info@gtnt.ru after the review has passed moderation and is visible to the public, including their full name (the name on the contract), Thuraya phone number, account number (preferably), and a link to the review.

2.5. The minutes will be activated within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the receipt of the participant's email, provided all other conditions of the promotion are met. Upon activation, the participant will receive a notification via email.

2.6. A participant can receive the minutes only once for each subscriber number within the promotion.

2.7. By participating in the promotion, the participant: Warrants to the organizer that they are the legal copyright holder of any test and photo material included in the review and that the use of these materials does not infringe on the rights of third parties; Consents to the use of the content of their review (text, photos) by CJSC “GTNT,” including publishing the post on the organizer’s website, in special posts on the Internet, with the right to shorten the review text and correct any spelling or punctuation errors; Agrees to compensate the organizer for any documented direct damages in case of third-party claims or lawsuits related to copyright infringement or other rights concerning the use of the text and/or photo materials of the respective review.

2.8. To leave a review, the participant must follow the steps outlined below (methods and ways to leave a review).
